Noise pollution!!! There is construction occurring daily with severe noise pollution from M-T developers. When I complained and asked M-T developers agent for an alternative further away from noise pollution they did not provide adequate alternative and now Brenda is holding me liable for wanting to move. Very poor responses and management from this agency and developer.

Such a beautiful complex but always water and electricity problems and the management takes forever to come back to you with problems or general enquiries . Would not recommend this complex.
I am writing this review to warn potential tenants about my experience with this rental property. The unit was rented to us under false pretenses, with management and the estate agent assuring us that an existing water leak and mould issue would be fully repaired before we moved in. This never happened. Shortly after moving in, the water leak worsened significantly, causing extensive mould growth inside all bedroom cupboards. This posed severe health risks and ultimately affected the well-being of everyone in the household. Despite immediately reporting the issue, months went by without any meaningful action from management or the estate agents. We sent repeated emails—many of which went unanswered for weeks at a time—and no effective solution was ever provided. Throughout this period, we were forced to pay for a two‑bedroom apartment even though one bedroom was completely unusable due to mould, constant moisture, and water seepage through the walls. Personal furniture was damaged by the ongoing damp, and our health deteriorated due to the conditions. Eventually, due to the serious health concerns, we had no choice but to move out. Shockingly, we were still charged a cancellation fee, despite being effectively forced out by the unsafe living environment. A formal case of negligence has since been opened against the property. Please stay away from this property. The construction quality is poor, the living conditions were hazardous, and the response from management was extremely slow and dismissive. There was no urgency, no accountability, and absolutely no concern for our health or safety. I strongly advise potential tenants to avoid this property for your own well-being. The generic response to this review mimics the general unwillingness of the property managers to take responsibility for renting uninhabitable units. They are quick to respond to bad reviews, but try get them to respond to actual issues when renting. That's a true testimony to their commitment to their customer base. Unfortunately, contrary to their generic response, the issue was never attended to. Even after inspections and constant follow-up from tenants nothing was attended to. They should never have rented out a unit they knew was affected by a constant water leak and overgrowth of black mould. And should have addressed the leakage and mould issue prior to occupation, as was stated in the rental agreement and ingoing inspection report.
Beautiful estate. Super clean, near the reserve which means easy access to hikes and beautiful long walks. People in the estate also generally helpful. There’s a restaurant in the estate and also a gym. Tries hard to enforce rules.
We rented this unit in 1 February 2025 through the developer, M&T. Prior to occupation, concerns regarding water leaks and mould were raised, and these issues were again noted during the ingoing inspection. Throughout our lease, the main bedroom was affected by persistent water ingress and mould growth. The cupboards and walls in that room showed ongoing water damage, and the bedroom became unusable. As a result, we were effectively living in a one-bedroom unit while paying for a two-bedroom apartment. During periods of rain, water entered the unit and formed puddles inside. These issues were reported multiple times, and access was provided for inspections and leak detection. Management acknowledged the mould and indicated that a rent adjustment (5 May 2025) for the unusable bedroom would be reviewed, but no resolution was implemented before our departure. Due to potential health concerns related to the persistent damp and mould conditions, and the lack of a clear repair timeline, we made the difficult decision to terminate the lease (End of July 2025). We were informed that an early termination fee, equivalent to one month’s rent, would still be payable in terms of the lease agreement. We found the experience stressful and disappointing, particularly given the repeated reporting and the length of time the issues remained unresolved. Based on our experience, we would strongly not recommend renting in this estate.
