Fontenay Estate,Burgundy Estate

Nice and clean place

I lived here , it was peaceful and safe

This is basically a low standard complex with less rules than others. The flats have a main bathroom and an ensuite bathroom for the main bedroom, but maintenance doesn't seem to be a priority.

Very safe complex

This is definitely not a complex that you would want to live in as the body corporate does not care about the residents living in the complex they do not even maintain the complex. Parking on the other hand is very terrible people park where they want to park and block people's access to and from they allocated Parking bay's/Garage. The Entrance and Exit gate is always not working which is very dangerous as there was a a car which was broken into due to lack of security. Fontenay estate is definitely not the best complex in Burgundy Estate and I would recommend you stay far away from the complex if looking to buy or rent in the complex. Look elsewhere if wanting to stay in burgundy estate as Fontenay is a no go take it from me a resident who use to live there.
