Forest Views Apartments - Bramley.

The worst place ever, I warn people not to even consider it or else you will regret it . Horrible security, people break into apartments and when it’s reported. The response is “ everyone is liable for their own apartment “.

I live in Unit A128 and I've stayed in Forest View since their existence in Bramley, The place is beautiful with big rooms, family oriented with an area for kids to play, a very Good security that sometimes you are able to live kids playing for a couple of minutes while running your errands, The management has been very understanding and attends to the issues you might come across irregardless of the time

My experience with Qliving has honestly been very frustrating. From the start, communication was a struggle. I couldn’t get proper responses on WhatsApp and had to keep following up just to get clarity on inspection and occupation dates. It felt disorganized and stressful for something that should be straightforward. The maintenance side was even more disappointing. Pest control was ineffective, there were ongoing issues with roaches that were never properly dealt with. During rainy seasons, apartments leak, which is extremely concerning. When issues are reported, the response is slow and nothing feels urgent. You’re left waiting and chasing feedback. Overall, the management comes across as unprofessional, and problems are not handled efficiently. It made what should have been an exciting move a very frustrating experience.

0/5 but I can't rate that low cause of the gas stove and geyser. Bad service. Rats rampant. Noisy. Expensive. A toxic living space that will make you angry to be here. Currently waiting out my lease. Don't move in here.

This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed at. Power outages aren’t the occasional inconvenience here, they last for days at a time, repeatedly, making the place completely unlivable. There’s no reliable lighting, no way to charge devices, no hot water, and no consideration for how disruptive this is to tenants. What makes it even worse is the complete lack of concern from management. Complaints are brushed off, no updates are given, and there’s no sense of urgency to fix anything. It genuinely feels like they don’t care at all once you’ve signed that lease. Staying here is extremely frustrating, exhausting, and a total waste of money. I strongly recommend avoiding this place unless you’re prepared to be left in the dark, literally and figuratively.
