Their service by the reception is actually bad ,they're not answering calls nor attending to complains laid by tenants. Worst complex

Worse service.Their place is not well maintained ,bins not collected ,flies all over .They don’t attend to queries and complaints.

Not Transparent with Deposits and Poor Communication My experience with The Village Estate Agents was disappointing, both during and after my tenancy. The main issue is their unresponsiveness to customer concerns. Now, at the end of my tenancy, I am facing problems with my security deposit. They have deducted funds that are completely unaccounted for, and I have not received a satisfactory explanation. Furthermore, my actual living experience in their property was not ideal, with several maintenance issues that were slow to be addressed. Based on this, I would not recommend them to anyone who expects prompt communication and a fair, transparent process for things like deposit returns.
