The children make a mess, adults fight over petty matters. Levies are not paid and corruption is rife. They desperately need an Executive Management Makeover and to weed out the rifraf.

Beautiful place to stay nice view, very close to grocery store and 5 to 10 minutes walk to bikini beach. You buy a flat as your holiday home or perhaps for the investment, or renting.

This is a brick faced complex. This units have roomy lounge area and a large master bedroom as compared to new developments in Gordon’s Bay.

As a person working mostly working from it's ok. Just get a bit noisy after the kids get home from school. I personally feel the conduct rules must be obey and heavy fines should be given to those who does not comply with it. Parking issues should be shorted out as each unit have only one parking bay. Most of the users have two vehicles which is not allowed. Otherwise nothing wrong with the place.
