Not as good as it used to be 5 years ago when I lived there. Green Acres has the weirdest control point of entry where the visitor must park on the side and walk to the guard room to sign a book and has to go through two gates. It was raining hard when I visited and had to stand in the rain and answer a few questions before he could write my name and where l was going. Then they had to call him for confirmation while I was still in the rain. I imagined if my in laws were visiting me and were treated like that. I wouldn't be the happiest.

On the 6th of March 2024, Wednesday evening at 20:10 I had the most threatening and disrespectful encounter with a security guard. He threatened to kick us out after I had to repeat myself several times, while he chose not to listen to me. I walked away to call the driver of the vehicle to speak to him and after she spoke to him he approached the vehicle and forced himself into the vehicle, while pointing in my face and swearing at me. Very dissapointed in the treatment I received and I just hope that the night guard security company will do better when employing people.
Amazing place tight security and clean apartments
Small, pleasant, well maintained complex. Top notch security. There are no noisy late night parties. Kids get to play safely.
Terrible they took my ball and never gave it back but the security is pretty good
