Little Greece block of flats

Parking lot should be secured for residents and civilians to feel safe if ever going to the shop that's there.

Laptop stolen from the unit. No burglar bars on the windows. Laptop was stolen from my bag and bag left where is was hidden in the cupboard, only realised when I was already at the airport to late to do anything. Contacted the hostess, reply was that this has not happened before. That doesn't help me at all. Very disappointed.

Noisy neighbors, noisy neighborhood security no where to be found always. Body corporate complains about petty things. Communal washing lines aren't safe your stuff gets stolen and nothing gets done about it. Shops underneath noisy, 2 weeks ago a homeless guy came to knock my door and ask for money?! There's this swamp of stinky water across the back aswell, really smells like sewage. Not recommended to buy or rent there.

It seems like our review was not added to this place, on the site, we got the accommodation from. We booked the place from a reputable accommodation page from the Thursday to the Monday. The pictures and directions are deceiving. It says that the accommodation is within walking distance of the beach, this is not true. The flats are in an industrial type area. Unsavory characters are looming around, especially at the back, where you need to drive in for the parking bays. The Saturday morning, when we were in our way to drive out by the gate, it didn't close immediately after we drove out. My husband went to check, while he was doing this, I was waiting in the car, on the opposite side a guy was taking photos of us, and when i looked at him, he turned on his side. He operated with 2 cellphones. We later drove off but came around again. Seems like they're 4, 3 guys, and one girl. These are the scammers i would say. The flat we were in was perfect and extremely clean,but the cockroaches, hell no. Security's not really that visible, we only saw them when we left the Monday morning. I would not advice anyone to book accommodation in this flats. It's not a safe area. Wish I could give no stars😕
