Old building but clean snd well kept. Electric gate with finger print ID.

The building has been given a "make-over" over the past 12 months and is very well maintained. Body Corporate rules have to be strict as many of the apartment owners Airbnb. I manage 5 (soon to be 6) apartments (Airbnb) and have only ever received 5 star reviews. I love this building and working there.
