Not sure who lives here but being a neighbour to this block of flats is hell. The constant stench of sewerage emanating from this block and the level of noise that continues unabated disgusting. That decent people have to share a street with type of nonsense is terrible. There in no intercom at the font and no way to make contact with these people to get issues resolved.
