Beautiful Estate with spacious up-market apartments. I especially love the on site restaurant and gym.

It's relatively clean, quiet and secure. At first glance it's a great place to stay but the building management could do with some better communication and effort. The gym is the basics but at least it's there. The coffee shop is non existent which is a let down. The security guards are generally friendly and helpful except for the one guard that came from the previous company onto the new company since March 2024. Be warned the ants are a real problem so be prepared for that. Depending on which block you stay in, it can be quiet or noisy.
