Beautiful quiet, very well kept complex. Lovely bird life. Perfect if you love the sounds of nature.

Allows residents to stay in the cold. Absolutely heartbreaking losing refrigerated medication, food and going to sleep cold after paying rent. Mismanagement and a careless response to the issue. Please rectify this - heard from multiple residents.

Clear indication of mismanagement. Concerns are addressed in a very rude and dismissive way. If you are someone who likes your peace and likes things that are run in an orderly way I wouldn’t suggest living here. I’ve had way too many frustrating encounters.

Illegally locked out of the complex. I was assisting my father-in-law by letting the cleaning services into his unit. Security wouldn't let me in due to security concerns, which I understand. I called my father-in-law, who was overseas, to confirm that I was allowed access, doing so in front of the chairwoman. Despite receiving verbal confirmation regarding access, security and the chair woman still wouldn't let me in, effectively locking me out of the complex and denying me access to the unit. While I understand the security concerns, no help was given despite the extenuating circumstances. I eventually had to arrange to get his car (which was parked in storage) to access the complex using the license plate. This incident highlights a security flaw: if someone's car is stolen, criminals can use it to gain automatic access to the complex.
