One of the first complexes in Northriding, Spanish/Moroccan inspired architecture. Houses in this complex sell fast and are in high demand.

Just moved into our house in Nov 2019. Neighbours are really nice and friendly. Complex is mixed with all different cultures and age groups. Lovely to be around. Feeling safe and secure. Security is friendly and thorough.

We stayed at number 34 and it had molded to hell, rusted plugs, wouldn't recommend if you value your health. Damp and mold infecting every room. The people that stay there are lovely though!

Great complex to live in. Beautiful homes and great security. Quiet and peaceful layout with trees in every unit. Feels like living in a holiday
