Amazing complex, lots of open space for kids.

Well maintained complex with great security.

I'm a resident in the complex for over 4 years and last night i dint have my remote with me and my phone was flat so the security Gard refuse to open ,i had to park my car on the street late at night to go in by the pedestrian gate to charge my phone to get entry i found totally unacceptable as a resident ,what kind of procedures are in place for situations like that, this as happen before that remote wasn't working the secury gard use to open the gate without any hassles is not happens every single day this is unacceptable

I visited a friend on the weekend of the 8th of Aug 2025. When I wanted to leave om Monday morning The security guard would not let me out. He prevented me from leaving which is illegal and a criminal offence. This was reported to the managing agent who said it is procedures that needs to be adhere too. I was a very unpleasant experience. This need to change. A person has the right to leave when he or she choose too. It is a fundamental human right. It can't dependent on receiving a code from the owners or tenants cell phone. What if the code is not received are they going to detain you against your will. Well that is what has been done to me. I can't be a visitor at a complex that has procedures like that. It is illegal unfriendly and barbaric. It infringe on a individual's right of free movement.

Your security guard is so rude and I believe it’s also racially motivated because the treatment we received on 14/06/2026 12:00-13:00 during a viewing was ridiculously disappointing. Especially because multiple people were there for a viewing however he refused to open the gate to leave specifically for the black people. Initially I thought it was a singular experience (which I was willing to let slide) however we noted he opened the gate for all the white people and the coloured family however when it came to us and another (black) lady he refused to open and stated that the agent from Remax must come open DESPITE him opening for the other people we were viewing with. I understand that security protocol exists: however should he refuse to open the gate to let us out it should apply to everyone and not just those who are black. Very rude, no longer interested as this is an indicator of the environment I would be BUYING into.
