I love it here.... Love it.

The place looks nice and modern but the service delivery is ridiculous, they partnered with the agency "4 coners realtors" and we had the worst experience. We followed all the processes to acquire an apartment and all was well until the last day of the month then we were told someone took our Unit, the Agent "Toona" was shocked as we were that the Unit was taken by someone while the unit was reserved for us... we had to desperately find an alternative place although we were committed to stay at lavelle. Didn't get to stay there so I am not sure about the service delivery when you are a tenant, however we learned that there is a lot of incompetence associated with Lavelle please make sure to have an alternative when applying here although they tell you are approved (space is secured for you)

Good morning, Thank you for your response to my Google review. I had been unable to reach anyone through other channels, so I appreciate you getting in touch. I would like to raise an ongoing concern affecting residents of Villa Peluzzi. On a regular basis, individuals gather in your designated parking area along the boundary wall and engage in loud social activity late into the evening. This occurs approximately three to four times per week. As a recent example, last night a group of around five people stood near their vehicle adjacent to the boundary wall, shouting and laughing until after 11pm, which disturbed several households. I visited your complex and asked the security personnel to intervene and request that the group either keep the noise down or move indoors. This has become a recurring issue, particularly on Sunday evenings. We fully understand that residents may wish to socialize, however, doing so in the parking area late at night creates a significant disturbance for neighbouring properties. Could you please provide a contact number for the caretaker or the body corporate so that we can report such incidents directly when they occur? I’ve been living at Lavelle Valencia in Centurion for quite some time now, and honestly my experience has been the complete opposite of many of the negative reviews I’ve seen online. I’ve personally never experienced major noise issues or cleanliness problems. The complex has always been well maintained in my experience, and the environment has been peaceful and comfortable to live in. The security and access control also give great peace of mind. The location is excellent, close to main routes, shopping centres and other amenities, which makes everyday living very convenient. The apartments are modern, neat and affordable for the area. Overall, I’m very happy living here and felt it was important to share a balanced perspective because not everyone’s experience has been negative.
