It's only February and the electricity at Lilyfield Estate, which is under Trafalgar management, has been cut off twice this year.

Most beautiful, well-kept, well managed compleks. Lovely big trees and lots of extra/visitor's parking.

Terrible experience ! They don't answer calls nor get back to you, and there is zero communication between teams, with one department telling me one thing, and the other telling me something different. I hope never to deal with Trafalgar again.

If your property is managed by these people then you're in trouble. I have been attempting to get statements from a lady called Nadine and all she keeps sending is a microsoft excel screenshot instead of a proper system generated email. I feel so frustrated as a property owner because I cannot even explain the transactions on that screenshot plus it just looks like a scam screenshot. They have not been able to tell us why they are not sending a proper statement. I really am not having a good experience with them.
