This is the worst and horrible complex I have ever seen and been to. I would love to rate this complex 0 stars . REASONS WHY YOU WOULD WANNA KNOW no facilities for families with kids , not allowed to dry your own clothes in your own garden or balcony, appearance would be 0 , structure of complex outside and inside is soooooo horrible. People are so rude and I'll mannered. THIS IS THE WORST OF SOUTH AFRICA AND A FAMOUS PLACE LIKE SANDTON🤢😵

The property provided was in a state of material breach of contract. Upon arrival at we found the premises to be uninhabitable and a significant health and safety risk. ​The specific issues encountered included: ​Severe Hygiene Failures: The mattress was heavily soiled with deep, visible stains and bodily fluids. ​Health Hazards: The shower area was contaminated with black mold, which poses a respiratory risk. ​Safety Violations: The main light switch was broken/exposed, and electrical cables for the TV and internet were left in a dangerous, disorganized state. ​Due to these conditions, we could not remain in the property on-site. We vacated the premises immediately, handed the keys directly to the Security Guard on duty, and were forced to seek alternative accommodation at our own expense. ​I have already provided photographic evidence of these conditions. Please note that a "no refund" policy does not protect a host who fails to provide a clean, safe, and habitable environment as required by law and Booking.com’s own service standards. ​I requested a refund through their platform previously and was denied. Do not stay here
