Malakite

My husband and I have been living here with our 18-month old son for over a year and Malakite is a beautiful estate, well built and maintained but the only issue we've had is cockroaches, they travel up the stairs and through the windows. It's honestly frustrating not having a monthly fumigation team coming to fumigate the units. My husband and I fumigate our own apartment every month but it becomes futile when neighbours dont have any plans in place to fumigate their units because their pests come into our unit through windows and under the doorway. I think it would be beneficial if the estate could add a fumigation fee for all tenants in the rent to have the units fumigated every month to avoid this.

Has it's own gym and resteruant. Excellent security.

I have had many appointments at Malakite, Especially between 4pm - 8pm, The Estate is located on the "quiet" side of Greenstone Hill, the atmosphere in the estate is Completely silent (Sometimes i wondered if anyone was at home), The Estate is well maintained and has a well equipped Gym, Pizzeria, Swimming pool and play area. This Estate is by far one of the better Estates in the Area. The Gardens in the ground floor units are spacious and the living areas in the upper units are decent.

I was here to cook for a client, as someone that was just here for a service, I would highly recommend this residential property for families and working professionals. It’s very clean and very easy to find the unit numbers.

Wonderful quant little restaurant in the middle of a beautiful complex. Friendly staff, engaging and make one feel at home.
