Stayed in an apartment here through Airb&b. Nice complex, not too noisy and nice view of Table Mountain.

Great area to live in. Secure and peaceful and the people overall have a good attitude towards each other.

Changed Entrance Gate code without informing the Renting Residents. Owners are overseas without cellphone reception!

Very safe here, and Norman, the supervisor, is always more than willing to help with anything, even things not related to his job. The people are helpful and friendly, and it's close to the ocean. Really happy staying here.
