People are impossible to live next to, your neighbors stop in so manner that you can not park in your own parking, and the caretaker do nothing to resolve the situation, this is the worst complex in helderberg, I will never ever recommend this place to anyone there are pittbull dogs and german shepherd dogs in the complex, the smaller dogs barks permanently, the worst people to live next to, very disappointed.
Had 3 caretakers in 3 years which says a lot about the drama going on there. The body corporate will always take the side of people who they favor and the levies are absolutely ridiculously expensive for such small apartments.
It is a good complex of apartments. It is not as loud as other places. They have a play park and a pool that they keep very clean. There is also very nice security that looks after they place and do monitor the area.
Very well run upmarket complex with an excellent location. Communal pool, kids play area and braai area. 24hr security and access control. Reserved and visitors parking bays. Walking distance to the shops.
