Monte Falco Estate.

Very upmarket apartment block with 99 units, believe it or not. Stylishly built, well kept gardens and a swimming pool. Very conveniently placed as Fourways Crossing is almost on your doorstep and many others shops near by.

Awful and unsafe place to stay, especially as a young single women. Since moving in here I have sadly been subjected to the worse possible service delivery and even abuse by the security guard staff. I once felt so unsafe at midnight, due to the security guards, that I had to call the Douglasdale SAPS (police) to come protect me and my roommates and get the security guards to leave us alone. Despite reporting this to the estate management, I was met with nothing but incompetence and no further help. Add to that the fact that the general upkeep of the estate is below par (the pool and gardens are always dirty and unkempt) it really just isn't worth the investment or leasing amount. You're better off finding something worth the pay in inner Lonehill or Douglasdale. Disappointing experience all round.

Completely pathetic, from the body corporate to the grounds manager and let's not forget the security. Family of mine have moved in and have had nothing but problems, Francois the so called complex manager is as useful as an aircon on a motorcycle, he has not helped at all, they have been there for over 2 weeks and still don't have something as simple as dstv, and when they try to get there dstv installed on their own, they had ARMED security raiding there apartment as though they were criminals, for such an UP MARKET 'estate' you guys are deplorable. -5 🌟

This Estate is by far the worst ever, poorly managed by Yvonne Nathan Real Estate. Emails go back and forth, as a tenant you are overlooked, cant imagine how owners are treated. If you like to bath, then this is not the place for you, I have been here for a total of 3 months, and almost every week, there is burst pipe which directly affects the Estate. One of Eskom's power station is nearby as well, every time there is loadshedding, something explodes and the power doesn't come back on or even not on loadshedding schedule, something goes wrong at the power station and the Estate is directly affected. You wake up everyday and its like playing Russian roulette, whether you have water or power. The maintenance guy is a waste of time, I logged a query, I was contacted once about my availability and a month later, no follow up, no schedule date or time to fix the issue. issue not resolved. If you enjoy silence then this is also not the place for you, you can literally hear every move your upstairs neighbors make, even if they are just walking around and let me tell you most people are not considerate of this at all! it is the most frustrating especially if you have a hybrid position. This is by far the worst Estate I have ever rented at, literally counting down till my lease is up. the only good thing I can say is that there are new security guards and they are very friendly and very helpful. Electricity and water here being the major concern. its a definite NO!!!!!!
