Security...but the rent ....since I put in notice ..the rent has trippled🤦♀️..R7200.... no electric heater.. don't use geezer often, dont cook often, TV and fridge cant consume R1600..electricity per month...😮

Very clean and well managed block of flats. Thanks Ms Esme for the good job you and your ground staff are doing. I'd stay at Nonoti any day

It's a good, safe place to stay. I wouldn't buy a unit or retire here but it serves the purpose for now. Some units have problems with little cockroaches and the service received is poor but it's okay for a transition period in ones life.
