What a lovely plants to stay in, just I do think they need some sort of lift for 4 floors up as it's rathers strenuous for the elderly to wait all those stairs

Fossil cars, never cleaned, claims lots of parking, not true. Rentals are absurdly high, noise from cricket/sport arena, and car wash. Road noise is high. Security is decent.

I lived there for a couple of months the management is terrible and they just want money firstly they wanted to charge us for dirty ceiling and we only lived there 3 months. If something needed to be fixed management didn't care you had to fix it yourself or you would be charged for it, then we moved out and they didn't not tell us about a missing oven pan witch we didn't get one with the unit but they want to charge us R705 for the pan, rent is ridiculous and water bill aswell. Management does not care about there tenants would not recommend moving here

Owner is very helpful. The space is safe and quiet. Security is tight.

Living at The Arch was a frustrating experience. Everything seems professional and well-managed until your deposit is paid—after that, the level of service drops significantly. Management does not consistently follow their own rules and protocols, which creates confusion and unnecessary stress for tenants. There’s also a lack of accountability when issues are raised, making it difficult to feel heard or supported. Overall, it did not feel like a safe or well-managed living environment
