Absolutely poor management. Noisey, and when we email complaints no one responds or deals with them. No 24hr security.

New complex beautiful and simple design. It would be nice for the body corporate to install covered parking.

Beautiful Complex with modern interior and it is central to most amenities, but the security in the complex is non-existent,very noisy on weekends, body corp should manage the place properly.

Oak Corner is a very beautiful and well-maintained complex. The environment looks neat, modern, and most importantly safe, which really stands out. It’s a great place to visit and spend time without any worries. I would definitely recommend it.

The entire year they didn’t want to fix the leaking tap, which I found like that, a rotten cardboard underneath!!! And now they billing me for it… I moved in with those issues, the agent saw them and took pictures but they did nothing! Multiple emails sent for them to come fix it, still Nothing! There no maintenance here!!! There’s over 8 apartments complexes within 1km radius, but this one is always losing tenants. Ask yourself why?! They make you pay monthly USELESS admin fee for nothing.. Admin fee but they cannot do basic administrative work!!!! ‼️‼️ Stay away from iGrow Rentals!! ‼️‼️ Management will find ways to steal your deposit money when moving out!
