It's a great and wonderful place to stay

Nice and secure would recommend

Very noisy complex. Children running around in the complex screaming and shouting, disturbing the peace and quiet, It is rather disturbing if you want to study or if you need to sleep. Tenants play music from early morning till late at night.

Small sized complex which is awesome. The units are very big and spacious and the area itself is rather quiet. Although not secure in terms of security. A very nice complex just sad that the management and rental company makes living their a total nightmare. So if you prepared to pay an arm and 2 legs for utilities deal with a horrible rental agency and a body corporate who pays no attention to any of the tenant concerns and as a bonus go to war on getting your deposit back then yes this place is perfect for you.

This complex was passed to be build despite over 280 written objections. We now sit with noise on a 24 hour basis. You cannot even think to invite someone over as music are played full blast. Conversations of very colorful topics are announced at the top of their voices. No respect for anyone. No consideration for anyone. This place is the absolute pit of hell.
