Dont even waste your time renting this place!!!!!!!!!!! Firstly on the property pages they advise rentals from R2650.00 the moment you sign up a lease .Lo and behold you are charged exhorbitantly for hidden costs .you are eventually charged around R4500.00 for a sml 1 x bedroom flat and no lounge there are hidden fees such as security, commune areas, gas, water, electricity , sewerage all on top of your rental Please in 1 x month about 9 people left They even charge you to use the walkway upstairs then there are cameras , for safety but them is to spy on the tenants , and even knew at one stage , who comes in and out of the flat .NO PRIVACY WHATSOVER !!!!!!!!!sO DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME RENTING HERE, ONE IS GOING TO BE SORRY !!! and then you cant even play loudmusic , and get penalised for that as well lol...........
