No activities in the complex especially for kids. Children can't even play outside because you have to control your children to be quiet, how foolish is that.. The power issue would go off for days/every month.. Quiet frankly it's a boring complex.
The complex is in an area riddled with power and water supply issues. Every week there's power outages lasting days at a time due to cable theft, trips or faults or failing infrastructure. The rental agents and owners won't inform you of this when viewing the apartments here. Don't move here unless you're okay with being without power for consecutive days every week without fail. Just look at City Power's page on Twitter and the amount of comments related to block 11 (the block this complex falls under) and decide for yourself!
Large complex with many living units. Great security. Clean and tidy. No swimming pool and no gym facilities
I have been living here for almost a year now. I love the peace and quiet, no noisy neighbors, children are well behaved and keep noise levels at a tolerated level. The complex is extremely safe and clean. There is always visible security patrols day and night, access at the gate is always secure. 5stars for the complex body corporate (Mark), he is always communicating and keeping everyone up-to-date about literally everything, even if your clothes have fallen off the washing lines he will share, which gives one so much comfort knowing that you're always kept in the loop about things going on in and around the complex. The rating of 3stars is mainly because of the electricity issue, it's unfortunately not the complex fault but this complex seems to be an easy target for power trips. It's so unfortunate that we literally almost have issues with electricity on a monthly basis but once again our shining star Mark, is prompt to report the power outages, follows up and provides frequent status updates.
It’s a quiet and safe estate with nice neighbors and children. However, the electricity situation is a major issue power outages happen frequently and can last for days. Aside from that, the estate manager, Mark, is very efficient and always on top of things. Unfortunately, the outages are often caused by cable theft along the roadside outside the estate.
