There is a unit 87 in that complex. No matter how desperate you are, do not rent that unit. The owner of the unit refused to fix any repairs reported and took all my deposit, claiming repairs that he could not disclose to me. No inspection was done on occupying the unit, and no inspection was done in my presence after vacating the unit. According to the lease contract, I was told that my deposit is going to be paid into a fixed account that would accumulate interest. That was all lies.

As a new tenant, this complex is amazing so far. Very quiet, barely hear any neighbours. Security is top notch, affordable and walking distance to 2 malls. Happy living here. Truly a rainbow nation complex
