Unique architecture with an interesting history. An NGO offers tours to the tower and neighborhood. Money goes to the orphans. The building is like a small village in itself. There‘s a supermarket, restaurant, barber and laundry. Be careful when taking photos outside of the building. Some residents like to throw plastic bottles at outsider.
