Very decent and friendly staff

Very clean building with friendly personnel, however, recently, there seems to be a rat infestation.

Good and nice place to be

The rent is too much for the flat qualities, no maintainance, rats infestations, lots of coackaches,and it's been 2 months since I complained about this problem and the loose tiles 😭Lord! When you walk on them you feel like your foot is gonna drown,and nothing gets done when you complain about those grievances, and I pay almost R400 for parking that they don't want to be responsible for should anything happen to your car! Absolutely ridiculous, I would give it 0 if there was an option!!!! Do better Ithemba property!Please guys!

The Metropolitan staff is very rude and please tell me why I can’t sign for parking as a sub tenant. I’m parked outside as it is but I was made to pay only for them to refuse me parking today.
