Abdul and Hymelooo What a fantastic place

If you’re thinking of renting here, don’t. I’ll start with the good. The residents are lovely. That’s all I got. Everything else about our stay here was a nightmare. The building is in dire need of cleaning and repairs, the pool was often an eerie shade of green, and while I can’t speak for every landlord, ours had no interest in maintenance or repairs on our apartment. We went months with silence when requesting assistance. And there was something constantly wrong with the plumbing in that building (our shower flooded constantly). Speaking as a landlord myself of 15 years - find a better place to stay. The apartments look nice online, but you’re walking into quite a few issues beneath the surface. Good luck.
