However i am very disappointed by how this stay has started out. I arrived here at 1pm as i had stated in the WhatsApp messages, when i got here - the key assigned to the apartment was not working. When i contacted the company, the man on the phone questioned whether i used the key properly, he told me that the apartment was recently used and that the key should be correct. I even had to video call him just to show him that the key wasn’t working. I waited for over an hour for the correct key to arrive because apparently contractors changed the key after the previous guest left. After i entered the apartment, which was occupied by a previous guest - the place was filthy, there was dust everywhere, the beds were not made, the bath tub had dust and moths in it . How is it possible that a previous guest occupied this place when it was so dirty? Now, I am trying to get warm here because there is no air-con , just heaters. The lights in the bedroom i wanted to use doesn’t work. This is definitely not worth the money i paid for this stay.
