Tons of kids running around. Not enough parking and the road is built badly but all in all a safe place to rest your head

What an absolute slum of a complex. There is constant loud music blaring out of this complex and complaints to the body corporate are ignored. Security are useless and cannot control the loud and disruptive tenants inside this complex. Rich Grove devalues a very nice neighborhood.

It's the worst complex ever. There is a lot of abuse of funds by the trustees. The security company is not registered. If you pay levies those funds are misused and you will not benefit as an owner. The rules are set to decline all claims relating to maintenance. The trustees elect themselves, owners don't have a say in decision-making.

Property management sucks. Last year we had no electricity for almost 2 weeks and they weren't bothered about their tennants, play area for the kids is broken and hazardous and poor security.

Security can't control the noise, so you okay Russian roulette and pray you get a good neighbour
