Ridge Town Central

Deep cleaned a unit there for someone. Looks like a very neat and nice place to stay. Easy access from the highway and well looked after complex.

Good day, I am a first time rentee at RTC and I'll be honest, this is the worst experience ever for me to be renting for the first time RTC should be considered as a prison and the reason why I'd say that is because I was being chased back into my house for being outside after 9pm. I was threatened that I need to pay a fine for moving my furniture out which I arrived at the apartment at 11h31 and the van has already been packed before 12h00. Hence this is the reason why I'm moving out. My car has been damaged at the property and I had requested a video footage but nothing was given, I find it really ridiculous and petty that RTc behaves in this manner I do fully understand the rules but I don't see any reason for them to treat me this way. Their fees are ridiculously expensive and try to make money from you for nothing. People I have much more to share with you but in conclusion just don't move to RTC. This is for the management at RTC I hope you see this and make contact with me soon. Thank you

Ideal location and a good few options in terms of apartments, we have done a ton of work is this complex ,management and security accommodating but firm, good rental investment, better design and functionality as compared to other builds in newtown

Fantastic estate. Safe living, peaceful.
