Absolutely disgusting experience. There was nothing wrong with the apartment itself. It’s actually very beautiful. As for the security and policies of the building go, I think there needs to be an investigation. Security guards have been harassing me and my siblings since Christmas Day and asking for bribes also. The guards have told me some visitor policy which is not in black and white and not stated on any of the documents we received from the host and property manager. The building itself does not have this policy in black and white writing so not very lawful if you ask me. The company called Propr is also full of nonsense. Phoned and complained multiple times. Told me they will get back to me but never have and never resolved any issues. Would not recommend this and will go further into this matter.

I will forever remember this moment as this was first night that i stayed here. Shout out to the Project Team & the construction guys that worked so hard to build this building, i truly appreciate every single 1 of you...You know who you are.
1 night stay at this beautiful apartment overlooking the sea at night and breathtaking sunrise. I definitely enjoyed my birthday celebration.
Excellent apartment block located in a great area...full sea views...the block has undercover parking...a large swimming pool...there is a club house as well as a little cafe part of the complex...the finishes are excellent in this block...with apartments having built in aircon and good security
We had an amazing stay at this beautiful, modern flat in Umhlanga. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful. The flat was stylish and well-equipped with air conditioning, an air fryer, and other great amenities. The kitchen was sleek, the bathroom was lovely with a great shower, and the bed was big and comfortable. We especially loved the peaceful sea view and the beautiful pool in the building. It was quiet and relaxing, yet close to everything Umhlanga has to offer. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended!
