Rise Student Living - Units on Jorissen

I highly recommend this res for the best living experience,you definitely won't regret choosing it.

This place is absolutely not worth the money. Which is a shame as it is right by wits and surrounding stores, so it’s convenient . Paying almost R7000 just to live with 8 people is just absurd and a rip off. The facilities are good enough and there’s no load shedding but when there are any issues management is very bad at getting back to us or giving us timely feedback and solutions. The cleaners don’t really do much of a good job, unless you’re lucky and get a good one. But yeah you might as well move into an apartment or a res that has the same rates for a unit where you share with like 1 or 2 other people for such a price

Rooms are clean, the WiFi works perfectly fine and it is quite so you can study at any time. The kitchen is clean everything works perfectly fine. 24-hour security services are provided.

Really good place to stay as a student. Feels like home, rooms are decent, WiFi is solid,it feels safe,the staff is friendly from management to cleaners. Made some good friends here too. 5 stars from me.😊

I highly recommend this student residence. The location is great, close to campus. Although the rooms are small, they are well-equipped with a large fridge and huge wardrobe. The bathrooms are also relatively small. The walls are thin, you can hear everything. The amenities are top-notch, with reliable backup power and water. The Wi-Fi connection is also strong and reliable. There are computer rooms and study rooms. I never had to worry about hot water, and the lifts were always in working order. Maintenance was timely and efficient. *Overall, this residence is a great place to call home while studying. It's reliable, convenient, and comfortable. I'm so glad I chose to stay here!*
