Brickfields Complex - Newtown Johannesburg.

It is a secured place and nice environment for the kids but is quite high in demand and when they offer subsidies they give back so little and have to pay more (quite unfair)

Poor Management(all their care-takers)fail to do their work,if the is anything broken in the flat it can literally take up to 6 months to be fixed if the is an error on invoices they don’t fix it immediately while your lights are off….They are after money not service delivery for their tenants!

Semi orderly, beyond township life, beautiful apartments but with a lot of tenants who party 🎉 beyond responsible partying

Walking distance to Bree taxi rank, Newtown mall, Mandela Bridge and Braamfontein. Apartments are fairly safe stayed there for 3years. You need to be careful in the neighborhood and hide your valuables. There's a crèche inside the complex and security is good (finger print) gate access. I'd recommend this place to students and young working class.

Caretakers do not do their job, untidy place with cleaners that just pass through duties. Things get fixed or resolved after a long time. Very disappointing place for the amount you pay
