I visited a friend who let me in as there is security at the gate.very well laid out.feeling of openness.lots of greenery and we'll maintained.flat was spacious and clean.lots of Windows letting in sunlight.shopping mall close by.

Burgundy Estate New renovations is look snazzy and super nice. There is now Spur Steak Ranch in Burgundy Estate. Awesome stuff !!! Can't wait pop in for my favorite meal.

Theres an oil refinery and water waste plant near by. Also power stations. These are all things that cause cancer....... Dont drink the water be cautious to live there.....The neighborhood not friendly....
