Royal Rez, 1 car stolen,3 armed break ins ,a resident shot at and no cctv cameras advertised. State of the art security come see for yourself

Went for a day visit; from what I saw, those are nice apartments-spacious inside with a nice view from the balcony. If I'm not mistaken, there were renovations happening. Would i stay there? Yes!

"Luxury apartments" much? The garden service simply help themselves to our garden equipment. If you're lucky enough to get a ground floor unit.. beware one can hear every single noise from above. As per photo attached..very luxurious, isn't it?!

Luxury apartments? You have to chase maintenance to fix issues , there are huge rats at the gate, they dont pay security and armed response for months on end ,so clearly we are not protected.There are multiple armed robberies recorded which weren't disclosed before Don’t come here if you value your safety and sanity
