Very disappointed, both bathrooms were not cleaned, the dish cloth was left in the washing machine dirty, no toilet paper provided in both bathrooms, one can clearly see on the corners of the floors were not even touched. They claim that they service the rooms but they actually don't! This is what they claim that they offer "Essentials Towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper"
The most useless place to book. No room service dirty with cockroaches no towel change for almost 4days in the rooms wanted me to use same bedsheet for 10days. When i complained they put the towels and bedsheets in the washing machine in my unit and they expect me to wash and air it myself. This place is not worth the price at all theres noise all over and they are over hyped without proper staffs. Pls guys its a solid no no.
They treat us like thieves here, they don't have bathroom soap, shower gel and cap. Things to make tea like sugar, teabags. Apparently they said because we steal it🌚🥱
We booked 2 nights ( Saturday and Sunday) in apartment 403 through Booking.com. The apartment was very poorly furnished with sub standard furniture. This was not a serious issue, we just needed a place to sleep. The place was so noisy that we got no sleep. The usual residents were unbearably uncivilised. The drinking, screaming, music, stomping and banging started at 4pm on Saturday afternoon and contued until 4am Sunday morning. Numerous signs and warnings were everywhere that no noise or disturbance is permitted after 8pm. This did not deter anyone. It was horrible. We were exhausted for the entire day. We paid for 2 nights but left after the first. We could not bear another night of no sleep.
The place is not bad, I’d give it a 5/10. But our stay wasn’t pleasant at all. We checked in at night and the next day our room wasn’t cleaned, we went out the whole day and when we returned around 16:00 our room was just as we left it. When I went to ask why is our room not cleaned we were told they had a lot of people checking out so they had to sort out those rooms, I guess we were less important since we were still checked in. The staff was not friendly, the place is loud (the cleaning ladies were worse), their cheap iron burnt my dress and when I asked for the iron it took me two days to get it, YOH the stay was a mess 😭😭😩😩 or but I have to give credit to those two security guards, bomalome were so kind and friendly… The receptionist gave me attitude when I kept going downstairs to ask about our uncleaned room. Would I go back there?? HELL NOOOOOO!!!
