Excellent location. Close to the main roads and amenities. Affordable rent. The complex is very well managed.

Poor service, no communication when something is wrong. Parking is allocated but people park where ever they want without them being fined. Don't be fooled by the 5 star reviews. A week or a month doesn't pass without water, there are too many wrongs with this complex.
