Place was very nice modern upmarket and clean problem was no remote for gate and sarcastic personnel did not appreciate the treatment

It was amazing everything there was beautiful. And the service is great

Great place and clean.

One bedrooms are nice and spacious. Kitchen is decently stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and complimentary tea/coffee. Pool has nice sun exposure afternoon to evenings with views of Lion's Head Mt. Frequently see paragliders floating by. Bed are fine - not fantastic. We also lodged at Latitude ApartHotel which is managed by same company, Total Stay, and their beds were much more comfy although the one bedrooms there are smaller and more expensive (usually) Would glad return to this location and will recommend to friends/family for our coming into CPT for our wedding in 2022.

⚠️ WARNING! DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! ⚠️ This host does not honour the cancellation policy displayed during the booking process. We were completely misled by the information shown on her listing. When we found out we would not receive a refund, the host told us she had never experienced this before and that she would arrange a refund through Airbnb. Shortly after making this promise, she BLOCKED us, making any further communication completely impossible. End result: blocked by the host, zero refund, €1.653,55 lost. BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK!
