Awful unfriendly unhelpful security staff. When greeted with their sour attitudes, you just want to turn around and leave!!!

Really nice place HOWEVER,the maintenance of the pool and gym is neglected, the pool has been green for a week and according to the body corp it's due to a water leak (a water leak doesn't make a pool green)...the gym equipment is extremely dusty and I actually needed to ask for it to be cleaned (it's COVID and there isn't even sanitory wipes to wipe the equipment after use). Yet they don't ignore when warnings and penalties must be given (this is more important than maintenance) I hope this is seen and changes are made....kids are swimming in a green pool and can get sick. Other than maintenance and way to many rules.....I actually do recommend summerpark....lovely place & lovely friendly staff.

don't ever consider this place as an option. unless you have nowhere to sleep for that night. the building itself, I give it a negative 2. the experience of living in it, negative 100. I can't think of any perks other than the fact that at least its a roof over your head. highly DON'T recommend. trafalgar who manages the building - appaling! its truly the worst experience of my entire life. overall, naught!

I bought a property here. I am aware the units are let out to long term screened tenant. Not AirBnB friendly for Security reasons. Pet friendly development and the property Management is good. This development can reach full 5 star status for its current positions given it accounts for observations from earlier critics are addressed proactively 👍🏼👌🏻

This is the absolute worst apartment rental place ive ever been to. I stayed here for 6 months and the security at this place specifically just only the short skinny guy and the lady there during the daytime were extremely difficult. Always rude and arrogant. This place has such strict rules about what you can do it feels like you living in a jail cell. I had an unexpected day that i had to move some things to joburg. Because it was not arranged a few days before they would not let me out with it. The security blocked the elevator and then when we eventually got it down after immense argueing they locked us inside and the reception centre. Waited there for hours causing disruptions to the other residents and the cops had to come just for them to let us out. They were petty and not understanding at all even the management of the building were all completely useless. For the price you pay this is shittest place you can find in Durban just because of the security company managing the place. Other than that the apartment was nice
