Terrible! Building looks all fancy and has all the latest technology, however body corporate is non existent , owners take advantage of others and are not considerate of other units ,some units cannot control their dogs , dogs bark non stop in the middle of the nights , disturbed sleep, I would not suggest any1 to buy here ... unless body corporate does something to eliminate the unnecessary noises!!!!

Visited this block of apartments few times. It's like a holiday apartments/chalets. Too noisy. Noisy dogs. Nice for parties. Body Corporate non existent. Security are on holiday too. Don't buy here.

Lived in apartment 131 here and it was the worst experience for us. Owned by the developer. Apartment wasn't cleaned on handover with urine stains on the toilets, caked grease over all the kitchen cupboards and appliances. From blocked drains, to cheap fixtures - the noise was unbearable. From visitors exiting the building, to vehicles revving and hooting right outside the windows and the incessant banging noise of the manhole covers from the basement parking throughout the night and day... absolute nightmare of a place to live. The cherry on top was the bad attitude from the developers and their staff, which I had to eventually request SAPS to intervene as they refused to let me take the last of my belongings when moving out.
