Wonderful housing complex. They have around 70-80 independent units. They have ample parking space, swimming pool, clothes drying area etc.

The grass is greener on the other side. This is the case with Summerfield Village. A housing complex where you can buy or rent. A very well maintained place. It feels safe, secure and opulent! 🌿

Well run, neat and scenic complex, situated in a central part of Sandton. It's within walking distance to Sandton City and the Gautrain. It's also right opposite Atholl Square, which has a Spar so even more convenience. The supervisor runs the complex with an iron fist, which could be a good thing. It is quite noisy during weekday mornings due to the lawn being mowed from as early as 8am. Weekends can be disruptive (day and night) due to kids constantly running around, and a live band/music being played from the neighbouring estate, as well from within the complex from other units.

Summerfield village has very natural surrounding, trees, gardens, flowers. The surrounding is well maintained and secured. This place has a small swimming pool, cleaned regularly. The rooms are big. There is a laundry service as well. This place is very near to major places in Sandton like Sandton city mall, Sandton Gautrain station, Radisson hotel, BMW Sandton, and The Marc.
