UCLA in The Campus is a very neat complex. There is a very neat 2 bedroom apartment for sale at only R650 000. Well secured as well.

Really nice complex in terms of the rent and double gate system, but the residents are so loud and inconsiderate to those around them. The garden service is around the wekeends using saws etc. too. Not enough rules and security also just let's people in the front gate before verifying them properly.
