Worst place to live at, honestly very frustrating. Always an issue here once a week and usually on Saturdays and Sundays, if not water outages that no one in management is aware ( and no communication), it's the electricitu cutting out outside of loadshedding, the biometric system at the gate malfunctions at least once a month and security will threaten to not let you in or out. Never make any plans over the weekend coz you'll be stuck for one reason or another. I can't wait for my lease to end.

Beautiful place. Well run. Manager Stephan excellent. My family stayed there in a 3 bedroom and i was surprised by how good it was especially on security.

Parking issue has no been addressed for over 3 years … my block has no allocated parking and every other week I have to report that someone is double parking in a spot … I have been parking in for past 2 years after I moved away from the closer parking due to people moving in my block and taking the previous spot I was in. The fact that no official allocation is done tenants allow their visitors to park anywhere . I leave for 5 minutes and come back someone is double parked no decency to take one spot and leave me another. I pay my rent ahead of time each month and one thing I ask for is parking since everything else will not be done e.g making the place outside friendly with some amenities. Some of us want some order and value for our money. Management must do their job and developer as well….

This place is not fair to certain tenants. When I needed to fix my car the guards will say I am not allowed too, but how will I pay rent if my car is not fixed to go to work and get paid so I can pay the rent? Also they will complain about that, and won't complain to people drinking alcohol in the parking lot having a party, and when other tenants 11pm in the night have loud music on, but are quick to come to my door if my car alarm is on. Also when I moved in the switch was not working I had to fix it myself, because telling the building manager is a waste of time, because seems like we have to do things ourselves and the maintenance is kak.
