No complaints on the apartment but, could you guys please really consider as a matter of urgency, putting speed humps in the complex for the Kids. Kids are playing all over due to incomplete playing grounds / play area. A concern for some ground floor occupants is uninstalled garden gates, laundry lines and bugler frames for windows as there have been break-in incidences here previously. The last thing is, car ports that are incomplete. Please consider the above asap or tou risk alot of tenets leaving this place.

This the worst Estate ever, there is always a power outage. Then they lie and say, it's in the area when they know very well that the issue is within the Estate. Every week there is a power outage for at least 2 to 3 days. The estate manager is sooo rude no customer care and never responds to messages.

Infested with roaches!!!!!Pool was never clean, could hear the people above me use the toilet. Very noisey place, not painted outside and flickering light bulbs in the walk ways dont even get replaced. Would not recommend

We visited a friend for a week, We really loved the fact that it's have gas stoves, the bed rooms are spacious and it is having a big barcony, you have the opportunity of having two parking space under a shelt as tenant. The club house is really good with a swimming pool in front. One thing we didn't like about the pool is that it's very public. Good and spacious play ground for kids. The Security service in our own opinion is good. NB: We have a limited opinion since we were not tenants there, but we hope this review helps you. Thank you.

I recently moved out, and I honestly can't recommend this place. The biggest issue is the constant power outages. They happen several times a month, and the problem is almost never resolved within 24 hours. Every outage drags on much longer than it should, which becomes incredibly frustrating when you're trying to work or just live normally. The building manager(Thando) is, without question, one of the worst I've ever dealt with. Rude, unhelpful, and a major reason I decided to leave. Instead of feeling like issues are taken seriously, you're often left feeling ignored. The building also has a serious cockroach problem. I ended up paying for my own fumigation just to make my apartment livable, which shouldn't be necessary in a well-managed complex. If you have children, don't expect much from the playground either. It's poorly maintained, has very limited equipment, and isn't an enjoyable space for kids. Overall, the rude building manager and constant power outages were the main reasons I moved out. 1/10 for the building management
