The place is nice & quite but the management are bullies - moved out on the 1st of April 2023 cz I couldn’t take it anymore and was told I would receive my deposit back on the 14th of April and till to date I haven’t received anything. No communication whatsoever - sent a follow up email today with no reply.

Great Place to live in but the management is horrible, they don’t attend to anything with a sense of urgency, you have to constantly follow up in order for your problem to be resolved.

Nice place to stay overall, but my experience was affected by an unprofessional, dismissive and rude interaction with Nadine Pretorius, who appears to be an offsite building manager or holding a job title akin to this. Before my month long stay for work, I called to confirm whether deliveries could be made and left with security, as this was essential for me. I was told this was not possible and, when I questioned why this had not been clearly communicated to guests booking long stays, she interrupted me and said in a raised and abrupt tone, “I don’t know what you want me to do. I’ve already said there is nowhere to leave it.” This left me feeling dismissed, uncomfortable, and spoken to in a way that was not appropriate for a guest simply seeking clarification. After arriving in South Africa, I discovered this information was incorrect, as security regularly accepts packages for residents and long term guests. Because of the misinformation I was given, I had to reroute deliveries back to London, which was a significant inconvenience, especially as these were items crucial to my long stay in South Africa.
