I lived in this apartment for 4 years and had a really great experience. The security and cleaning staff were always kind, friendly, and professional, which made me feel safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The residents were also respectful and pleasant people. Other than during load shedding and occasional municipal works, I never really had issues with power/water outages, which is honestly a big plus in SA. The location is absolutely top tier — Gateway Shopping Mall, Chris Saunders Park, and Park Square are all within a 10-minute walk. Having a convenience store on the ground floor was also super convenient. Woolies Dash and Checkers Sixty60 deliveries usually arrived within around 30 minutes as well, which made daily life incredibly convenient. One of my favourite things was the beautiful view towards the N2 from the corridors on the higher floors, especially in the evenings. Overall, I can highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe, convenient, and comfortable place to stay in Umhlanga.
