Really well run, safe estate. Beautiful gardens. 3 swimming pools and 2 clubhouses. Very homely and neat.

I have have had a consistently positive experience. The estate is well maintained, with everything functioning as it should — from the common areas to security systems. The Body Corporate is responsive and communicates promptly, which makes a real difference. It's a peaceful, well-run estate.

good day l received the call from the insurance company to go and assist the client with jump start at tinza estate yoo what a bad day his phone was not going through l asked the security if they know him they try on their side to get hold of him also voicemail again then then the insurance called l have to pay the security to go all the way to look for the client yoo these security you will never see me coming to assist your tenants anymore yours tow truck driver?

Really a safe and secure place to live. Lovely grounds and surroundings. Barely have traffic at my front door. Update: They installed a silent inverter to power the guard house, meaning no more noise from the generator! Awesome stuff Really happy with Tinza
